About the role

We are looking for a commercially minded and detail oriented Business Development Manager who will focus on developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies to help Sapien Health increase its footprint across the NHS. In this role you will build trusted relationships and educate clinicians of all levels as well as NHS business managers on the benefits of our solutions.

Job requirements

What you’ll be doing

  • Growing market share and developing business opportunities
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders across target organisations and successfully navigating complex deal cycles
  • Delivering sales activity, customer engagement and market sales reports on a regular basis
  • Ensuring you meet or exceed sales revenue targets and objectives
  • CRM configuration enabling quarterly forecasting and commitment accuracy
  • Development of standardised commercial proposal formats and structures
  • Attending trade shows, conferences and exhibitions as required

What you’ll bring

  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing systems for a digital health solution

  • > 2 years experience of selling health tech or a digital solution to the NHS

  • Demonstrable ability to win contracts and deliver great projects

  • Familiarity using CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot)
